by the submerging of two villages before the war. Locals agree that this is a

November 15, 2001 About the Author: I was educated in the UK and perhaps that is why I have such a love of
history. Although the dates and times of events have left me as cold as any
student, the real life behind those dates attracted like a magnet. The
answers we search for today can be found in the past, if only we ask the
right questions. I enjoy searching for those questions as eagerly as others
search for the answers. I write to please my own senses, as any artist at
his canvas, I write to pique interest without bullying my point. I leave the
