After your credit/debit card or PayPal clears ClickBank.com, which is our credit/debit card/PayPal provider, you will be sent to a web page where you may download a zip file of the artwork. There is a link on the web page that you click to download the zipped artwork. If you have any problems, please email us or call us using the information from our contact page. Use your browser's text size function found on the menu. On Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x versions, you click on View, then Text Size. Our website uses fonts that are in the middle range and should suffice for all your browsing needs. There are a number of reasons for this, but our solution is to deliver your artwork purchase by an alternate means. Usually, email is the best way to do that. Please include the identifying information that you used in your purchase. If you do not do this, then we cannot make an alternate delivery. For example, using credit/debit cards or PayPal, you would give us the ticket number, which is like your receipt number along with your other identifying information. We can make delivery a number of other ways, but we need to discuss that via email. We only provide alternate delivery if your original purchase delivery went wrong somehow. We have never had any delivery problems to this point, but we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied. Basically, you apply via our email form giving us a good email address, your legal name, and your permission to send you a nondisclosure agreement to sign. We will provide further instructions. Proofreaders are not paid except for seeing new artwork before it is published. For further information, please see our Proofreader web page. You send us a sample of your artwork. We examine the artwork and get back to you. If your artwork is good enough, then we discuss contracts and publishing. You will be responsible for copyrighting your artwork the Library of Congress, Copyright Office. The USA charges a fee for registering your copyright with the Library of Congress, Copyright Office. There are no other chargers for publishing your artwork, unless you want your artwork publishing project to be completed sooner. Then we will discuss that via email. Published artists get 50% of sales per unit sold less any expenses. Expenses usually are very little to none. Your artwork is published nonexclusively, which means you can continue to market your artwork outside our companies. For more information, please see our Publishing web page. We publish anything electronically publishable, as long as it is not offensive. We do not list any email addresses on this website to prevent spam. You must use our email form found by clicking on the link at the bottom of any web page. Once we have established contact, we can exchange email addresses. For your convenience, please use this link: Email Form. You can register a copyright per your country's laws. To publish with us, you must go to the Library of Congress, Copyright Office, website. We have limited information on the procedures from other countries. Email us for that information, if we have it. We will not work on your artwork publication, until it is copyrighted at the Library of Congress, Copyright Office though. When you receive copyright information, email us a scan of the document. Some countries like Australia only use the international copyright and intellectual property laws. That states that all you need to do is list the standard copyright line. Again to publish with us, the artwork must be registered at the Library of Congress, Copyright Office, as it provides a better means to prosecute copyright violations. Also, by going through this process, we are assured that you are serious about publishing with us. We continually update our FAQs, but we could possibly not answer your specific question. All checks must be in US dollars. A money order is quicker on delivery and also must be in US dollars. If you are not in the USA, then use an international money order made out in US dollars. Delivery is a bit slower than a money order, since the international money order is being mailed to us outside the USA. We prefer credit/debit card or PayPal payment, because it is faster and more secure. It is more expensive though. The second best option is a money order or international money order made out in US dollars. We no longer sell or support franchises as of January 1, 2008. You live; you die. Any web page with sound on it can be turned off by going near the bottom of the web page and finding a small rectangular musical icon or just plain gray rectangle and right clicking on that rectangle to get to a submenu of options for the sound. Stopping the sound is on that submenu of options. You may also see a typical windows media control strip whereby you can click the stop music button. Depending on your setup, you will get various displays. Most of our customers only order one or two products at a time. So we increase the speed of checking out and the simplicity of operations by not having a shopping cart. We save money and increase security of credit/debit or PayPal sales by having the customer order one product at a time as well. Possibly, in the future we will include a shopping cart for non-credit/debit card or PayPal sales, if customer surveys show the desire for this feature. Our customer surveys have shown that most surfers enjoy clicking on graphics to go to unknown and wonderful places. There is no rhyme or reason for the links except to provide some bit of fun for our visitors. Most links take you back to the main web page. Many links take you to our guestbook. Yet there might be some surprises as well. So if you want to go for a wild ride of fun, click on some of our linked graphics. Since we use tables to format text, printouts come out incorrectly. What you need to do is convert the table back to text. If you are unable to do that, please email us, and we can do it for you. You must have the purchase number for an artwork and a good reason for a printout. We evaluate each request on its own merit. Artworks purchased at this site have one printout allowed per artwork. Our first bookstore and publishing website was called NetPublishers, but that website is long gone being taken over by AlphaOmega Bookstore & Publisher. We also had a mirror site called ShafferPublishing.com which has also now been replaced by AlphaOmega Bookstore & Publisher. In various places you will see mention of a prize and an award given to those who leave their email and website addresses in the guestbook. We select a certain number of guestbook entries each month to receive the Alien Abduction Awards and a free artwork from AlphaOmega Bookstore & Publisher. We select those entries that have entered a valid email address, a website address that contains an awards section, and quality answers to our questions as well as interesting and fun comments. We need an email address to send the award and prize. We need a website address to ensure there is a place to display the award. The information is not retained for anything beyond the original purpose. Unfortunately, we cannot do this for more than five or six guestbook signings per month.
